So we look at access before we quote. If a 26-foot trailer cannot make the turn or hold the grade, we shuttle with a smaller truck and keep the big one on the street. Gate codes and any HOA or guard notice get sorted ahead of the day, not at the kerb.
The contents are usually the other half of the job: oversized case pieces, mirrors and art, pianos, wine, and patio and pool furniture that still has to be handled like it is going indoors. Everything gets padded and wrapped, floors and stair edges get protected, and what we take apart we put back together where you want it.
